Adam Ward joined Worrells in 2001 and became a Partner in 2011. Adam works exclusively in the area of insolvency. Adam leads a production team in Worrells Ipswich office which services Ipswich, Toowoomba and surrounding districts. Adam is a Registered and Official Liquidator, a Trustee in Bankruptcy, a member of CPA Australia and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.

Anita joined Worrells in 2012 as part of the Ramsay Clout merger. Anita commenced her insolvency career in Noosa in 1989. She completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Southern Queensland in 1995 and a Graduate Certificate of Forensic Studies (Accounting) at Monash University in 2005. Anita has experience in forensic accounting and all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency.

Chris is an Official Liquidator, Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. Chris joined the firm in February 1999 and has considerable experience in both the Corporate and Personal Insolvency Fields. Chris is the partner and heads a team that specializes in Corporate and Personal Insolvency.

Chris is a Registered Liquidator, Official Liquidator and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Chris joined the firm as partner of the Sydney firm in July 2008 having been in practice on his own account since 1996. Chris' experience includes all aspects of corporate insolvency and adopts a consultative approach when exploring all financial avenues available to a distressed company. Chris also undertakes corporate advocacy appointments, assisting directors and companies in dealing with their debtors, creditors and other insolvency practitioners.

Con has been a partner in the Melbourne firm since April 2009. He has a wealth of experience with over 15 years in public practice, focusing on all aspects of Corporate and Personal insolvency administrations. Con has particular experience in small to medium business turnaround management and solvency solutions. He is a registered liquidator, an official liquidator and is a member of CPA Australia.

Ivan is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years experience in dealing with Corporate and Personal insolvency related matters across numerous industries. Ivan’s experience includes administering Voluntary Administrations and Deeds of Company Arrangement, Liquidations and Receiverships, Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency Agreements, Litigation Support, Fraud Investigation and Business Reconstruction advice. Ivan has completed the Advanced Insolvency Course with the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and is a member of the IPA.

Jason is an Official Liquidator, Registered Liquidator, Registered Bankruptcy Trustee, Chartered Accountant and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. He has worked exclusively in the field of insolvency since 1995, and lived and worked on the Gold Coast since 1999. Jason has experience in all forms of corporate and personal insolvency matters. He has provided recommendations on the most appropriate solutions to deal with insolvency issues to all types of parties. Jason's knowledge and experience allows him to consider informal arrangements to solve insolvency problems, as well as the formal insolvency administrations.

John Cunningham joined Worrells in 2012 as a partner in our Sunshine Coast offices, as part of the merger with Ramsay Clout. John has over 23 years experience in the insolvency field having commenced with the then Official Receivers Office in Melbourne in 1989. John has extensive experience in all forms personal and corporate insolvency appointments. John is a registered trustee in bankruptcy, registered liquidator, official liquidator and member of CPA Australia.

Matthew is an Official Liquidator, Registered Trustee and Certified Practising Accountant, who has considerable experience in the Insolvency, Commercial Accounting and Corporate Finance fields. Matthew's experience includes due diligence investigations, sale of business transactions, corporate reconstructions and financial turnarounds. Matthew has also completed the Advanced Insolvency Course with the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.

Michael joined the firm as a graduate in 1991 after completing studies as a mature-aged student and became a partner in July 2000 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2010. Michael's experience includes all aspects of Corporate and Personal Insolvency and Financial Investigation and he is an Official Liquidator and Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. Michael is also engaged in Fraud Awareness Management and Education and is one of the firm's Certified Fraud Examiners. He also was a founding committee member of the Brisbane Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners upon its creation.

Morgan Lane joined the firm in 1992 and became a full partner in 1996. His wealth of experience gained in both the private and public sectors adds further depth to our insolvency division. Morgan is a Fellow of CPA Australia accredited as a Specialist in Insolvency & Reconstruction, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and The Institute of Corporate Manager, Secretaries and Administrators.

Nick has in excess of 27 years experience in all aspects of corporate insolvency. He has particular expertise in the areas of Voluntary Administration and Deeds of Company Arrangement which has now enabled numerous businesses to successfully continue on over the years. Nick is also a Registered Trustee in bankruptcy with in excess 300 administrations.

Paul Burness is a Certified Practising Accountant, an Official Liquidator a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. Paul has considerable experience in all forms of Corporate and Personal Insolvency and Reconstruction, specialising in insolvency since graduating. Paul is the managing partner of the Melbourne firm.

Paul joined Worrells in 1999 after completing his degree with the Queensland University of Technology. He was appointed a Partner in 2006 and opened the Worrells Sunshine Coast office in 2007. Raj Khatri joined the firm in 1986 rising to become a Partner in 1994. His area of specialty is Corporate and Personal Insolvency and has over 26 years experience in the field. Raj is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, an associate of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Sharlene is a forensic accountant and registered company auditor. Sharlene joined Worrells in 2013 as a Partner specialising in Forensic Accounting. Sharlene has considerable experience across various areas of forensic accounting including financial statement fraud, embezzlement, litigation support and valuations. She has an Honours Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant.
